Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of FixItCrew San Clemente Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our concrete contracting services in San Clemente, CA and surrounding areas.

Services Description

FixItCrew San Clemente Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, decorative concrete, foundations, repair work, and masonry. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may modify or discontinue any service without notice.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and scope changes discovered during the project.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material price increases or changes to project scope may result in price adjustments.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work. A service charge may be applied to overdue balances.

Scheduling and Delays

We will make every effort to complete your project on schedule. However, delays due to weather, material availability, permit issues, or unforeseen site conditions may occur.

You will be notified of any significant delays as soon as possible. We are not liable for damages resulting from reasonable project delays beyond our control.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that utilities are marked before we begin. You must remove or protect any items that could be damaged during construction.

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, landscaping, or property not directly related to the concrete work area.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties as outlined in your service agreement. Warranties typically cover workmanship defects but do not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, or acts of nature.

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period specified in your agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Claims should be filed according to the procedures outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or changes to scheduled work must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in cancellation fees to cover scheduling and material costs.

Change orders requested after work has begun may result in additional charges and project delays.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
